Where: Microsoft Store Park Meadows Mall, Lone Tree, CO (map, web site)
When: November 13th, 2010. 4-6 PM
Cost: Free
Tickets: N/A
Type: Concert/Talk, all ages. At this event I’ll be doing a one-hour long set starting at 4 p.m. I’ll repeat the set at 5 p.m.
Show Info: During this set, I’ll be performing original songs from my new electronic music album “I Hear Your Signals” using various instruments that offer visual feedback including light emitting musical building blocks called AudioCubes. I’ll also be using the exotic Theremin (which is the world's oldest electronic instrument) but with a new twist.
Between songs I’ll be taking you behind-the-scenes to help you discover and explore the possibilities of laptop-based music production.
I'll be performing at the back of the store. It's separated from the shopping portion of the store with a clear wall that dampens sound and has a big flat screen. Below are two pictures I took at a recent sound check technical test at the store.
If you are already a seasoned electronic music artist, come down and support the show to help pave the way for future artist performances in this very cool community space.
